Pistacia tree grows ecologically mountainous countryside of the Southeastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia and Mediterranean Regions without plantation. It is a part of our natural vegetation cover. Pistacia, which is referred as pictacia perebinthus, got different names such as çitlembik, çıtlık, çedene, çitemik and bittim according to different regions. Pistacia coffee is produced from the fruit of this tree.
HPREPARATION: Put milk or water for each large-sized coffee cup, and one dessertspoon Pistacia coffee to the coffee pot. Come to a boil at medium heat by adding sugar as per order, rest it for ten seconds and serve it. Practically, it is prepared in the 'Turkish Coffee with milk style'.(Preferably, use semi-skimmed milk or skimmed milk powder).
